My Galleries of Perth photos
These are my photo galleries of Perth online. When I
acquired a digital camera, my interest for photography was awaken
and though I have taken thousands of photos of a wide variety of
topics, these galleries are exclusively dedicated to Perth.

My Backyard |
|
|

|
This is a collection
of photos of my house backyard. I just took the photos but all
the credit goes to my wife, who in my opinion has a special
ability to make plants grow and look good. She really has
green fingers and spends part of her spare time, laboring away
in the garden. |

Cottesloe beach |
|
 |
Collection of
photos of Cottesloe Beach, which is among the most
popular beaches in Western Australia. The main beach, features
beachfront hotels, accommodations, cafes and restaurants, etc.
From this place in the Indian Ocean, with glorious sunsets,
you can travel to Perth city in about twenty minutes and seven
minutes to Fremantle. |

| Craigie |
|
 |
This
is a collection of photos about Craigie, the area of Perth
north of the river Swan, where I have been living with my
family, since March 1995. Nearby you can visit beautiful
beaches like Mullaloo beach, and the Hillarys harbour at
Sorrento Quay, overlooking the magnificent Indian Ocean |

| Edith
Cowan University |
|
 |
Collection
of photos were shot at Edith Cowan University at Joondalup
Campus. This is a beautiful place where students can enjoy
a modern, tertiary campus with extensive state-of-the-art
facilities surrounded by a picturesque atmosphere. Kangaroos
can often be spotted on the grounds of the Joondalup campus! I
spent an entire Sunday afternoon there, shooting photos. |

| Assorted
Perth photos |
|
 |
These
Assorted Perth Photos were taken in different places in
Western Australia. There is no specific area. I included
photos from the city of Perth, Scarborough, Craigie, Swan
River, beaches and parks north of the river Swan, etc. Some
were shot during our mild winter but others were snapped
during summer which are usually very hot. |

| Hillarys
harbour |
|
 |
Hillarys
Harbour overlooks the Indian Ocean in Western Australia
and is about ten minutes driving from my house. This is a
premier marina resort where sand and sea combine with nice
restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, etc. It is also here
that we can find the famous Underwater World marine park with
its underwater viewing platforms and fish feeding
displays. |

| Joondalup
lake |
|
 |
Joondalup
Lake is located about
thirty kilometres north of the city of Perth but since I live
in Craigie, also in the north, it takes me about fifteen
minutes to get there. This lake right next to Joondalup city,
is an open wetland with a large native bush area with walking
trails near the water. This is a lake with a large
concentration of birds, specially ducks. |
